“Chef Dean was amazing. His food was exceptional and so delicious with flavors and recipes we had not experienced before. The lamb was perfect and the lobster salad with the jalapeño/lime pineapple was a highlight. He himself was a wonderful man; so personable, friendly, relaxed and completely professional. He set a tone that made us all feel we were in good hands and our party was a huge success because of him. And a the chef’s assistant, Jakob, was just as wonderful.”
